from another website -- and then revised the next day on July 27, 2003, and then

Yes, THERE IS A PLAN FOR 2004 - and 2006!
Due to an enquiry from someone who had heard about my appearance on the Free
American radio show on July 25, 2003, I received an email – which resulted in
the below informal explanation of “The Plan” to take back America.

Dear John -- Thanks for writing.
As it turned out, your question has motivated me to write the below explanation
-- which I've been meaning to do anyway. It's The Plan, bolstered by an analogy,
-- and wrapped in a tirade.
Somebody must have emailed you about my radio appearance this morning (July 25,
2003) on Clay Douglas's show, which I think was once in the "Radio Archive"
section at www.freeamerican.com --
(but since Clay Douglas's motocycle accident, the site is on hold). The date of the radio appearance -- again -- is Friday, July 25, 2003.
Yes, -- There is a Plan for 2004 -- and 2006.
Step 1. Use the Reasonable Access law to break out of talking to ourselves,
which is what we are doing by direct mail and on the internet -- with,
thankfully, a slightly expanding base of those interested. This plan is meant to
speed up the "awakened" from a trickle to a river, and then to a tidal wave ---
if Americans still have it in 'em. BUT -- even if they don't have it "in 'em"
today -- something may happen tomorrow which will cause a vast number of
Americans to wake up.
For the moment, trust me that we have to work through the machinery of the
dominant political party in each county. I hate that, but third parties have
been effectively neutered -- they will spin their wheels for the next 1000 years
if we don't address the below issues first. And the only way to address these
issues is to work through the existing machinery of the democratic and
republican parties. (That doesn't mean the third parties can't keep organizing
as they USE the machinery of the state-sanctioned parties. Incidentally, the use
of “state sanctioned” here is not a derogatory – it just means QUALIFED for
ballot status. It’s just that, with easily rigged computerized voting systems,
the third parties can always be rigged out of the 5% -- or there abouts – which
they need in most states to become state sanctioned, i.e. gain ballot status.)
One can get easily on the ballot as a CONGRESSIONAL CANDIDATE for the
Republican, Democrat, or Libertarian or any Party (if that party is qualified in
that particular state for ballot status) for the primary election (which takes
place in May 2004, or there abouts).
One can get on the ballot in these races for ONLY 50 valid signatures of
registered voters. You can, for instance, buy a list of all the registered
voters in a few precincts in neighborhoods you are familiar with -- for about $2
per precinct from the board of elections. Rules vary from state to state
slightly, such as some states allow independent registered voters to sign
anybody’s petition. You then get maybe 75 signatures of registered voters – in
case any freak things happen with a few of the signatures.
When gathering signatures from people, you can do it yourself, or get another
registered voter to do it for you, while making sure that whoever does it
qualifies as a signature gatherer as specified by the rules in your state.
You can approach people by telling them one reason why you’re running – but most
of us just kind of adopt an “aw shucks” approach, and say, for instance, that
“some people have asked” you to run for (like, for instance, me and my
associates are asking you now to run!), and you just need 50 valid signatures,
and would they mind signing, it doesn’t obligate them to anything, that this
petition is just a “fair play” document – it gives everyone a chance to run. ---
That phrase “fair play” is a key, and most people drop their resistance after
that. If they ask you something you stand for, then tell them. Another approach
is to register unregistered voters, and then have them sign your petition, which
they will do as a thank you for registering them. You then turn in their
registration forms in with your signatures – after making copies of everything.
Once the federal candidate (such as a Congressional candidate) is on the ballot,
the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) licensed radio and TV stations MUST
carry that candidate’s radio and TV ads unmolested and uncensored, as long as
profanity and sexually explicit material are avoided.

and listen to the radio ads we ran in 2002 on WLW and WKRC radio, both 50,000
watt stations.
Each candidate would, of course, have his own issues which he would want to
emphasize. Anything TRUE that makes people think – is GOOD.
The candidate can specify during what time period they want their ads to run,
i.e., the local Rush Limbaugh show, noon to 3 PM.
The idea is to USE their already established delivery system. The idea is to
reach those who are arrested at the Limbaugh or Hannity or FOX news stage of
development -- and give them "the rest of the story." -- Every radio ad -- EVERY
ONE -- drives the listener to a website! This is what gives this strategy such
power.
A sixty second radio ad that goes against the entrenched Big Media brainwashing
– would be of little value – except for the fact that we can direct the listener
to a WEBSITE where he can find a whole new world of information opened up to him
– through the info on that website – plus the info on all the websites which
that websites links to!
Note: WLW and WKRC (both 50,000 watt radio stations, which have a “talk radio”
format all day long) fell silent for the two weeks I ran the radio ads -- fell
silent, that is, on international issues. The talk show hosts – miraculously –
all became real interested in "the bums under the bridge" homeless type
controversy. This greatly surprised me – but it told me the establishment has no
defense against the truth – backed up by a website people driving in their cars
can remember when they get home.
During the last two weeks of the 2002 election -- we reached a possible audience
of 10 million at peak times, and an actual audience of 200,00 listeners with
each radio ad at peak times. My dream --
My dream is that we have 50 capable guys and gals in geographically dispersed
areas pounding away against the program of the "traditional friends of truth" as
David Irving sarcastically calls them --- and FOR a constitutional America, as
it should be.
Incidentally, another quirk of the law for the last 227 years -- is that you can
run in ANY congressional district in your state -- you don't have to live in
that district. For instance, in 2002 I ran in a congressional district in which
I did not live in Ohio (I did this to avoid giving the “computer programmers” a
chance to use my votes to claim the super leftwing democrat beat the incumbent
Republican in the district in which I live; my Congressman is not perfect, but
he does a number of good things in Congress).
If we could get candidates in the 50 media markets -- we would be hitting a
possible audience each day in the weeks right before the election of 250 to 300
million -- and an actual audience of 6 million to 10 million per day. That's big
time stuff. --- Yes, I'd rather we owned the stations, but this is our only way
left to reach the public -- point them in the right direction via the internet,
and slow up progress of the other side.
Now ------------ it would be so nice if the NATURAL LEADERS would do this -- get
on the ballot and put on the radio ads -- in their respective area. Suspend
judgement for a minute here ----
I'm routing around looking for housewives and elderly people who are willing to
go out and put their name on the line on such independent ads -- but it would be
so much better if people like Clay Douglas, Michael Hoffman, Carol Valentine, J.
Edgar Steel -- even Henri the Celt up there in Alaska --- were the ones who got
on the ballot and put the radio ads on. (I’m using these names as examples of
the type of person we need – naturally I don’t know all the pressures any
individual is under, or all the balls they are now juggling.) Hold on! ---
Don't be thinking you have to "alter your life style" to do this -- all one has
to do is write the ads (or we'll do it for them), record the ads (or we'll do it
for them, with the candidate saying "Paid for by John Jones for Congress" at the
end of the ad, as is legally required, which serves to identify the candidate
who's paying for the ad.
Then raise the money -- not impossible if you have the RADIO ADS to let people
read and hear on the internet, or to read in hand outs. That's the "dynamic" of
fundraising for radio ads -- the potential donor listens to this radio ad, or
reads the text of the radio ad, and they understand that if they send the
candidate money -- he'll put it on major radio stations on already popular
programs -- reaching tens of thousands of people with a TRUTH that is being
suppressed. That's the only effective way such money is raised -- people have to
know exactly what they are paying for. Each candidate would need between $10,000
and $40,000 to have a kind of saturation advertising in the last two weeks of
the campaign before the election. Again, not impossible. Now ---
People get this idea that they have to "do politics" --- no, no, no, no, NO! We
are enemy agents in the NWO system. We don't clink wine glasses, we don't eat
brie cheese, we don't carry signs for them, we don't do anything -- but give
them the truth -- which they will interpret as Hell, to borrow from Harry
Truman.
I didn't go to one campaign event in 2002, except a Moslem group who invited me
to talk to them, and another restaurant owner who asked me stop by. I would have
gone on a radio or televised debate if I had been invited, but none were even
held.
I DO NOT TALK TO NEWSPAPERS! I will only do TV and radio ads if they are live
interviews; LIVE interviews. As I told Channel 5 locally -- bring me down to sit
and talk with the anchor couple during the 6 PM and 11 PM news show, like you do
for Jerry Springer when he re-visits town -- and I'll do the interview. If not,
no interview.
I don't do interviews where they can cut, paste, interpret, give your opponent
90 seconds to your 10 seconds, etc. -- I had to settle for that before the
internet and before we learned this radio ad strategy -- but not anymore.
I don't put up signs, I don't pass out literature -- that's a waste of money.
Money goes into reaching our fellow citizens with our own voices in radio and TV
ads. This brings immediacy to the message -- and then IN the radio or TV ads we
tell them where to go for LITERATURE, if any, on our internet site -- which they
can download from the our site and copy. And if they want to make a sign -- they
can pull down a sign off the website, if one is available, and take it to Kinkos,
where the Kinkos people will make an 8 1/2 x 11 inch sign into a 3 foot by 4
foot sign -- or something like that -- for between $5 to $20 per sign. And so
on.
Getting our fellow citizens information that we have, and which they need --
comes under the Spiritual Works of Mercy, such as "Instruct the ignorant",
"Counsel the doubtful", and maybe even "comfort the sorrowful" -- for those who
feel keenly some of the injustices going on.
BUT THAT IS NOT ALL ---
I can not tell you how "out of" politics I am when I run for office. I am an
"enemy agent" using what is left to us of the system -- to help bust the other
side's big bubble of lies with what amounts to a pin-prick of truth.
The FCC has some vague guidelines that the candidate on the ballot has to run a
"serious campaign." Let me tell you -- there's nothing more serious that radio
ads hitting 200,000 people at a time. One of the disgruntled employees at Clear
Channel's WLW -- disgruntled with my radio ads, that is, -- anyway, this
disgruntled guy who was assigned to see how much obstruction I would put up with
-- told me that he was receiving calls from Jewish lawyers in New York and
Washington DC asking him to put disclaimers before and after my ads. Now THAT,
my friend, is a serious campaign. We don't need any of their BUSY WORK like
marching around putting up ineffective yard signs. I DON'T DO THAT TYPE OF
THING.
Step 2: Next is the SIMPLE organizing that must be done, -- through the PRECINCT
STRATEGY -- and which is "DOABLE" by any normal individual in the USA. With the
internet, we should be able to find 200,000 or 300,000 people to do these simple
steps of action - which take, maybe 35 hours a year, every other year, i.e., the
even years, 2004, 2006, 2008, and so on.
And if we can't find enough Americans interested in running for precinct, well,
then, we tried -- but then we will know that we are a nation that deserves to go
down.
Here is the basic step in the action/organizing part of this plan:
Get five (5) signatures and run for precinct in the dominant party in our
county. THAT's C-O-U-N-T-Y -- not countRy. COUNTY. There are 3111 or so counties
in the USA. Each of these counties is divided into neighborhood precincts -- and
there are about 300,000 neighborhood precincts in the USA. My county, Hamilton
County, which houses Cincinnati, Ohio -- has about 1100 neighborhood precincts;
some counties have as few as 25 or so neighborhood precincts.
In each neighborhood precinct, there is a position for Democratic Precinct
Captain (or executive) and Republican Precinct Captain. Candidates for these
positions generally run in the even year primaries around May of the even years.
If another party has ballot status in the state, then they have precinct
positions available also at primary time.
A neighborhood precinct is usually 5 or 6 streets around your house, and usually
consists of about 250 to 350 people who actually vote. All the people in your
neighborhood precinct vote at the same location where you vote -- at the
firehouse, the school house, a private home, -- or whatever is set up by your
local board of elections.
WHY GO TO THIS TROUBLE to run for the neighborhood precinct position in the
dominant party in your county?
First of all, it's not that much trouble. You get 5 signatures or something like
that in most counties. 1/3 of the Precincts in each party are VACANT. !!! So, in
many precincts, if you get your five signatures to get on the ballot, run, and
vote for yourself on election day --- you win!
Very few people even know there are precincts; very few people know that at the
end of the ballot in the even year primaries that there is a place to vote for
the precinct executive for your neighborhood in your party -- usually it is not
a contested race, or there may even be nobody on the ballot.
If a precinct candidate wants to, he can stand at the polling place, or have a
tag team of friends stand there for him there on election day -- and meet and
greet every voter as they arrive, and ask the citizen for his or her vote.
Of the 550 people who ran for a precinct position with our team for in 1990 in
Cincinnati -- almost 100% of the 4 dozen or so people who stood at their
precinct polling place all day and greeted every voter -- won.
The party hacks working for Judeo-Masonry have kept this whole precinct system
virtually a secret -- and, believe me, they want it that way. Now --
The other thing you do -- as far as action goes -- is go to the Party County
Organizational meeting for the party you run in, which takes place about June in
the even numbered years.
Let's say you're a Republican precinct executive for this scenario (in name
only, of course, not in your heart -- same goes for Democrats) -- every two
years, usually around June in the even years -- like June, 2004 -- you go to the
Republican County Organization meeting in your county. This meeting is usually
held at a VFW hall, or a convention center, or whatever is appropriate for that
county. YOU WILL PROBABLY NOTE that you have NEVER heard of one of these
meetings taking place in your county from the news media. Yet it is at THESE
PARTY ORGANIZATIONAL MEETINGS in your county from which, as a general rule, all
power arises in your county, in your state, and in your country.
Once at the county organizational meeting for your county -- you vote to put in
a good man as PARTY CHAIRMAN like yourself -- if the good guys have a majority.
If the good guys don't have a majority -- or even if you're the only one of like
mind there -- pass out literature (which points people to good websites), make a
brief speech if you want to and the opportunity arises, or talk to people
privately; or just be there to get the lay of the land -- BECAUSE THIS IS THE
BATTLEFIELD WE NEED TO BE ON TO TAKE BACK THE NATION. (Note: ANY citizen can go
and observe these meetings, and pass out literature to the precinct executives
who attend; these are public events, not secret closed door sessions.)
Another important note: what if you are elected precinct executive and you don’t
feel like doing anything – you don’t even feel like going to the County
organizational meeting. No problem! Because the LEGALLY required
responsibilities of the precinct executive are: ZERO. That’s right ZERO. Think
about it: if fully 1/3rd of the precinct positions in the Democratic and
Republican parties are vacant – there can’t be any legally required
responsibilities.
WHY DO I SAY THAT ALL POWER IN OUR NATION, as a rule, COMES FROM THE PRECINCT
EXECUTIVES AND THE COUNTY ORGANIZATIONAL MEETINGS OF THE DEMOCRATIC AND
REPUBLICAN PARTIES?
For several reasons.
First, almost all office holders today begin as candidates hand-picked and
endorsed by the Party Chairman of his party in his county;
Second, ALL decisions over how the votes are counted (or "counted") ultimately
come form the Party leaders in each county. Note well --
Third, the county party chairman (who are elected by the neighborhood precinct
captains), elect the STATE CHAIRMAN for their party in their state.
And, fourth, then the 50 State Chairmen for each party elect the National
Chairmen for that party.
AS OF NOW OUR TEAM IS NOT EVEN ON THE FIELD! An early organizer with us in the
late eighties made this excellent analogy:
The other team is on the field scoring touchdowns. There is no opposition, and
they just run up and down the field, pretty much at will. If one guy on our team
figures out to go onto the field, the bad guys gang up on him and crush him
easily -- throw him back off the field. Where are we? Where is our team? We are
in the locker room -- watching the game on the monitor. We are wringing are
hands; we are decrying how badly the game is going. Our idea of action has been
to huddle in the locker room about "writing letters" to the opposing players on
the field, and asking them to quit scoring touchdowns for their side, and
instead to score some touchdowns for our side. They, of course, thank us
politely for our suggestions -- they want to encourage us to keep doing EXACTLY
what we are doing -- and they continue with THEIR agenda, -- scoring touchdowns
for THEIR side. So --
WE NEED TO GET ON THE FIELD! And the field is the precinct race every two years
-- and the county organizational meeting, which takes place every two years
also. It as at these county organizational meeting in each party where the party
leaders are elected And then these party leaders go on to choose most of the
candidates, who in turn go on to be elected, and then to MAKE THE POLICY AND
MAKE THE LAWS FOR OUR NATION AND, in effect, FOR THE WORLD.
As I said above, these party leaders also determine how the ballots are to be
counted on election day in your county, i.e., secretly by computer, or in the
open with paper ballots and citizen checks and balances. The SECRET vote
counting -- protected by local police -- is taking place EVERYWHERE in this
country -- except New Hampshire -- and in a few other isolated counties in other
states.
In 2004, some of these candidate RADIO ADS, -- SOME OF THEM, -- MUST INFORM
PEOPLE ABOUT THIS Neighborhood Precinct SYSTEM -- WHICH 95% or more of Americans
are unaware of.
Step 3: Exercise our Second Amendment rights. Buy guns for others, who will
appreciate it. Own guns, and learn how to use guns -- and help others learn how
to intelligently and proficiently use firearms. As George Washington said, a
well-armed society is a polite society.
This – combined with congressional candidates in all regions of the nation
running radio ads focusing on what’s REALLY happening in our nation, and with
tens of thousands of citizens running for precinct executive -- is the BEST
chance we have of avoiding a bloodbath in America eventually.
Make sure the good guys and gals have guns. Make sure they know WHY the Founding
Fathers enumerated the Second Amendment in the Bill of Rights.
Make sure they know how to use guns responsibly.
At the same time -- make it clear that any attempt to take our guns, or any
trick to force us to give up guns -- like withholding food -- is a signal given
to us by the tyrants for civil war -- to “overthrow” such, at this point,
hypothetical usurpers.
An important point here is that, thanks to unverified computerized voting
systems in use these last 30 years – those who now hold office in the United
States --- can't prove they belong in the offices they hold.
This is a critical point! Because of 25 plus years of UNVERIFIED ELECTIONS,
these guys can't prove they belong in office. I'm not talking about the Bush
administration, which is beside the point. I'm talking about ALL of Congress and
ALL the administrations since at least 1988 – maybe back to 1976. NOW –
If you can't prove you actually won the office you are holding, --- if you took
an office based on the result of a sleazy computerized vote-counting system
which counts the vote in secret -- with police barring the people from checking
the accuracy of the vote -- then don't be surprised when the people look at you
as an illegitimate, even a criminal usurper.
And if such a group of usurpers come to take the citizens’ guns --- then don’t
be surprised if the citizens conclude that those holding the office are usurpers
for SURE – and deal with them accordingly.
After such usurpers are dealt with responsibly, then new citizens can be elected
to fill those offices using unquestionably open, honest, and verifiable election
systems, such as are described at www.votefraud.org, especially in the essay
“Understanding the REAL Election 2000 Scam” – which is on the home page.
Only tyrants and crooks would call such restoration of the nation – such a
restoration of honest elections and repudiation of usurpers violating their
constitutional oaths by trying to turn America into a defenseless land where
only the TYRANTS had guns – susceptible to the type of “Red Terror Mass Murder”
which Jewish Supremists inflicted on the Russian people after 1917 – only
tyrants and crooks would call such a restoration of honest government an
“overthrow” of the government. Thomas Jefferson wouldn’t call it that, and
neither would any of the Founding Fathers, or any other honest man in history.
Such citizen actions would rather be RECLAIMING the government, -- which by the
time the “computer elected” office holders were trying to seize the citizens’
guns -- would CLEARLY be illegitimate. At such a point, such office holders
would be revealing their purpose to be NULLIFYING the constitution, not
DEFENDING it.
Conclusion: IF the natural HONEST leaders (who are already speaking out via the
internet) reach the people as congressional candidates via the Reasonable Access
Law, and IF a few hundred thousand citizens in middle America start to
understand the Precinct System, and then go on to run for precinct executive in
their neighborhood in the party of their choice -- and THEN go on to attend the
party county organizational meeting – these until now -- effectively secret
county party organizational meetings -- AND if the vast majority of these people
are trained, knowledgeable gun owners and users -- NOW we have a team on the
field. Now we have something going. What's the alternative?
And most importantly -- everything I've outlined in this e-wire is eminently
DOABLE -- it's not "pie in the sky" like running for president or Senate would
be for almost all of us.
This is a program.
With this program people can hope again.
With this program people can dream of winning some battles again.
It can work.
And one reason it can work, --- one reason it can work – is, well, -- it can
work because it's so daggone tough.
It's tough because it moves all of us out of our comfort zones (including me) --
but once we become comfortable doing the simple action steps above -- at that
point the other side has no defense.
They have no defense because the evil Ruling Elites are such a small, small
minority. They have only gained control of the county party leaderships through
patronage jobs. The people are who inhabit party patronage jobs are unmotivated
– and IN IT FOR THEMSELVES. When they face motivated people – CITIZENS ACTING
BECAUSE THEY ARE COMMITTED TO DOING WHAT IS RIGHT – the Ruling Elite will
eventually have no defense.

I HATE what the Democratic and Republican parties are actually doing and have
come to stand for. HATE IT. But the precinct system machinery, which is neutral,
is all we have -- short of armed revolution (which I am trying to prevent by
working this plan) -- to save the country from sliding into a New World Order
style dictatorship, -- and, in addition, to turn things around -- back towards a
constitutional government --- with true freedom under God.

actual history of how a group of us working with about 550 citizens actually
succeeded in overthrowing the Masonic leadership of the Republican Party in
1990. (Preview: crooked judges from the local level all the way up to the Ohio
Supreme Court kept their fellow Masons in power; the Supreme Court of Ohio, in
its decision – even said that the Platform Republicans (our faction) were right
in law and in fact --- but! – they gave it back to their fellow masons anyway.

This essay is must reading -- featuring Bev Harris's article on how
they proved the Diebold system which "counted" the Georgia election in 2002
where Saxby Chambliss "upset" Max Cleland -- could be easily hacked and changed.
(You may recall, Max Cleland was in a wheel chair, injured in Vietnam, and he
was opposing the invasion of Iraq which the W. Bush administration was scheming
to do -- so he had to be knocked out of the
Senate -- and he was -- I say he was "upset" by computerized votefraud. Anybody
care to prove me wrong? If you think you can, read Bev Harris's article first,

This Bollyn report tells you everything you need to know about how three or four private mega-corporations (working together?) have completely voided our right to KNOW that our vote has been counted accurately. However, -- note well -- these private mega-corporations have been delegated this job by the local county Board of Elections in 99% of the 3100+ counties in the USA.
(You will read how Bollyn was faced with the head of the Chicago Board of Elections -- accompanied by an armed guard -- as he tried to see what was going on in the "counting" room. This parallels the Collier's experience in Miami, Florida in 1982, as well as the Collier's experience when they were hired by our Citizens for a Fair Vote Count group (then called Cincinnatus Action Committee) in 1985 in Cincinnati, Ohio. And in Cincinnati in 1985 -- the Colliers were working under a court order obtained by attorney James J. Condit Sr. from Judge Richard Niehaus, a Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge !!! Both of these Miami, Florida and Cincinnati, Ohio experiences are detailed in the book, Votescam: The Stealing of America" by Kenneth and James Collier.)
That's not all! Not only do 99% of the Board of Elections officials delegate the "counting" to 3 or 4 mega-corporations, but the 5 major TV Networks and their local affiliates PROTECT these companies by a news blackout, give or take a few anemic items. Unbelievable? Yes. But that's the way it is as this.
Oh, and one more thing -- the National Democratic and Republican Parties must be in on the voiding of the American people's right to know if our votes are counted properly (or at all) -- because neither of these entities or anyone associated with them ever make an "on point" objection to the "results."
Can you imagine Democratic Presidential Candidate John Kerry in 2004 conceding the next day (which he did) --without wondering if all those states without a paper trail were "counted" correctly? . . . or wondering if the published computer "count" from the other portion of the 99% of the counties which snatch the ballots from the neighborhood precincts at the close of election day -- and then delegate the "counting" to the 4 mega-corporations, which perform these "counts" behind armed guards to keep the citizens OUT of the "counting" room -- can you imagine that John Kerry and his 2000 lawyers never wondered whether the private company computer "counts" matched what the voters actually marked on their ballots?
And it didn't occur to "brilliant
strategist" Karl Rove at the Bush White House that they might go to all the
trouble to "get out the vote" and have it stolen from them by those "counting"
the votes in secret? The truth is probably close to this: both sides consciously
or almost consciously realize that they are in an intramural fight; that they
are vying for the favor of -- NOT the American people -- but the
behind-the-scenes Ruling Elite which own the 5 Big TV Networks, the 4
mega-vote-counting corporations, AND, in effect, the Democratic National
Committee (DNC) and the Republican National Committee (RNC).
But I digress. With one to three soldiers being killed everyday in Iraq -- and
with W. Bush and company planning more invasions and more wars -- we --
unfortunately -- have an unprecedented opportunity in the days and months ahead
to WAKE UP the American people – and, finally, teach them how to organize.
Whatever has caused us to get to this point -- the solution is the same: easily read and marked paper ballots, kept in public view all during election day in clear plastic boxes, counted by randomly selected and well-compensated voters from that neighborhood precinct, watched by anyone else who wants to observe or videotape, with the results posted at the neighborhood precinct BEFORE the ballots leave the neighborhood precinct (or polling place). Notice there are two elements here: paper ballots that can be counted and recounted AND the paper ballots being counted by randomly selected voters from that neighborhood precinct. Without BOTH ELEMENTS -- we have nothing.
Notice that the Ruling Elite from
all sides are perfectly willing to have a paper trail -- as long as the paper
ballots are snatched from the neighborhood precinct at closing time before
anyone can look at them. What they are absolutely unwilling to do -- is have the
paper ballots counted by randomly selected neighbors. They can't control the
neighbors. Their unscientific public opinion polls would be very often
completely wrong. Their exit polls would be so far off they would be too
embarrassed to do them anymore. Politicians they didn't control wouldn't be
elected. They couldn't "defeat" by computer count politicians which did do what
they said once in office.
We need the natural leaders --- those who are ALREADY comfortable speaking out
-- to run for Congress along the lines I've outlined above -- and to ORGANIZE
along the lines I've outlined above.
It will not only be
good for the nation -- it will be good for their own operations and educational
efforts because of all
the increased publicity and awareness that will ensue.

P.S. In Europe, most nations isolate the decisive national and state elections from the local elections. This is a good idea.
In other words, there would be two election days. What is now election day in November would become national and state election day in the USA. The only races on the ballot would be the races for President, US Senate, US Congress, Governor, State Senate, and State Legislature.
From these six positions is from where 99% of the state and national decisions emanate.
The rest of the races, -- from issues to state attorney general to coronor -- would be held on a second election day a few weeks earlier, or a few weeks later. Simple. That would mean that when we elect a President or a Congressman -- there would only be six decisions to make for the voters.
And -- there would be only six items to count for the counters or scrutineers at the neighborhood precinct. That would mean that 8 citizen-scrutineers in each neighborhood precinct would have only 250 ballots with six items on each ballot to count.
Since the 8 scrutineers would be working in teams of two -- that means each of the four teams would have about 60 ballots to count, with only 6 items on each ballot. This would take only two or three hours at most. And election night would not just be another computer game anymore.
Elections would be exciting and REAL again. What are the Democratic and Republican Election officials -- and the 5 big TV networks -- and all the major Daily newspapers -- going to say to THAT? Let's find out.
* * * P.P.S. Election Day AND the day AFTER election day should also become a national holiday. That way everybody who wants to can really concentrate on last minute study, last minute information gathering the night before and on election day, last minute lobbying of their neighbors and circles of influence -- if they so choose. ALSO, the scutineers, if for some reason they had to stay up late on election night counting the ballots -- would be able to catch up on sleep the next morning. NATIONAL ELECTIONS are more important than national defense. National Elections determine who will DIRECT our nation's military. And then, just as national defense should protect us from foreign enemies, HONEST and OPEN elections will protect us from DOMESTIC ENEMIES.
We will be in control of our national destiny again.
