The New Hampshire Primary was a victory for the Agenda Setters of the Big Media, demonstrating their ability to influence the collective American mind.

February 2, 2000 Preliminary Aftermath Report on the New Hampshire Primary

With 70% of the vote counted by hand, we must assume that it would have been too dangerous for anyone to warp the vote NH Primary too much. If it's 5 points added to (elder) Bush and subtracted from Dole in 1988, that's possible. If it's shorting Pat Buchanan by 10 points in 1992 -- with the establishment aware that the Buchanan campaign had no effective ballot watching teams (none as far as we know) -- that's possible.

(Please remember that Buchanan and Bush started out with 49% to 49% in early count in 1992 and then Buchanan lost a few percentage points every few hours, while Bush held steady; VERY odd;. Then the next morning the New Hampshire establishment "found" 10,000 ballots, which caused Buchanan to 3% TO 37%, while President Bush held steady at 49%; VERY ODD!)

But it would be very risking to mess around with last night's numbers to get the results we see. Also, with all the talk about votescam in the "underground" press, it's possible that behind the scenes, even the establishment campaigns are threatening the Boards of Election in New Hampshire with close inspection. I personally heard a commentator sometimes see on FOX, a lawyer I believe named Ginsburg who was working for W. Bush, half jokingly tell the Story County Board of Elections head at the Ames, Iowa Straw Poll last August, 1999 — that W. Bush had the most annoying lawyers in the country, or something to that effect, if they suspect the computer program in an election has been manipulated (Ames, Iowa Straw Poll was counted by computer program). This was minutes after our group had grilled GOP Iowa State Head Kayne Robison before local and cable cameras -- until he said he wouldn't take any more "insulting" questions.

(In the big computer states, nobody has a chance to do any behind the scenes observing, and you can bet your bottom dollar none of these establishment candidate will go public with such a concern.)

So here are our main observations from New Hampshire Primary 2000:

1. The Democratic Primary doesn't mean a thing, but the establishment probably wants a fight as long as possible (which isn't long). They want this fight in both parties. But, the strategy of closing ranks early and front loading the primaries (which will be over March 7, 2000 for all intents and purposes), will backfire after March 7, as the two Major Party clones put the country to sleep. Into that vacuum will rush Pat Buchanan and maybe other third party candidates.

2. The TV Networks were careful to be careful. They did not call the GOP race for quite a while after the polls closed, as opposed to the instant call usually made -- and which "instant calls" we believe will be made again in the coming 100% computer counted states. Also, no percentages were predicted all night in New Hampshire, the networks not wanting to repeat the unanimous and embarrassing wrong call they made in 1996 (based on Voter News Service exit polls, which feeds ALL four, now all five, big TV Networks) when they called eventual Sen. Bob Smith the "loser" shortly after the polls closed. When all the handcounted votes came in, Smith actually won. This time they waited for the actual numbers. (Again, notice after New Hampshire if such reserve is shown by Network Anchors.)

3. The polls were very far off on the McCain vote. McCain had 49% late Tuesday, instead of the 37% to 41% projected. However, the projections on Bush (got about 31%, polls predicted 31% to 34%) and Forbes and Keyes were very close. (Forbes got 13% and had projected to get 14%, Keyes got 7% had been predicted at 8% to 10%. This goes to show that polls can be right — BUT ARE OFTEN OFF IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.

4. Forbes was not Buchanan as a candidate, and apparantly Keyes simply cannot convince even his supporters that he has a chance to win. In 1996, the constant press propaganda that Buchanan wasn't a serious candidate in the early going had been buried by his New Hampshire Primary victory on Feb. 20, 1996. Forbes and Keyes could not do the same. And this leads us to —

5. The most depressing aspect of the night. The fact that the Big Media, with their brazen "two man race" propaganda, were able to stampede almost 80% of the New Hampshire voters to vote for two ZEROS, W. Bush and John McCain. Even with all the propaganda, the fact that Keyes didn't get at least 25% in a GOP Primary with his blazing rhetoric, is very depressing.

6. The Big Media kept up their "two man race only" propaganda by blacking out last night the speeches of Forbes, Keyes, and Bauer to their supporters. (Bauer, by the way, who got 1%, Bauer does not have the "command presence", as the military would say, to be taken seriously for President almost any field; this is not his fault, but it's a fact.) C-Span showed the speeches of Keyes, Bauer, and Forbes after midnight.

7. Final notes: numerous commentators, including Tim Russert and Larry King, asked with great urgency "when" we would "finally" see a two man debate between W. Bush and McCain. . . . If these Big Media commentators are waiting for such a debate between the two tongue-tied zeros, they are the only ones on the planet so waiting. Keyes did get a guest appearance on Fox's Hannity and Colmes after 11 PM, and (we hope) correctly said that he believed thousands of voters were now remorseful that they had voted for the "inevitable" Bush, instead of casting their vote for Keyes, who, he said, spoke what was in their heart. ... The two major party candidates will be BOUGHT and PAID FOR zeros. This opens up a tremendous opportunity for third Party candidates, especially Buchanan.

8. All who want to break up the two party duopoly must press two things; 1) decry the influence of the Big Media and destroy its credibility with the American people; 2) demand a hand count of paper ballots by the local citizens in each precinct in the 2000 election — short of which we will not accept the election results.

Jim Condit Jr.

Immediately below is what the Keyes, Forbes, and Bauer campaigns must combine to do if they want to minimize votefraud in favor of W. Bush and McCain in the upcoming New Hampshire Primary to be held on February 1, 2000.

I believe that there are about 600 polling places in New Hampshire. 70% of these are counted in the proper way: neighborhood citizens count paper ballots when the polls close, in public view, and announce the vote publicly. 30% of New Hampshire precincts are counted by computer like the rest of the country will be (now that the Iowa Caucuses are over) with no provision for citizens to check or double check the vote at the neighborhood polling place -- before the vote are whisked away from the local polling place.

Therefore, the Keyes, Forbes, Bauer, or any watchdog groups with the energy to do so - must send eyewitnesses to as many polling places as possible, especially the hand-counted precincts. These eye-witnesses must then call the vote into campaign headquarters or another agreed upon independent central location.

Finally, a "threat" must be issued publicly that the independent groups will compare the computer counted to the hand counted precincts. This was done in 1996 by Citizens for a Fair Vote Count, and you can see the ad that appeared in the Manchester Union Leader ON primary day 1996 in New Hampshire -- in our votefraud archives on this website.

Now what follows is an analysis of the aftermath of the Iowa Caucuses and what is known about the vote counting process there as of 1-27-99 in the A.M. We will update as soon as we have more.

January 25, 2000 Network America (NA) e-wire

Iowa Caucus Analysis, on the evening of January 24, 2000, the night of the Iowa Caucuses:

Newsflash: Almost 1000 people have visited our Network America website in the last 4 days. Those subscribing to this e-wire have doubled in the same period. Welcome aboard to everyone. It's 1776 all over again, but this time YOU are there.

Newsflash: The Republican Caucus, broadcast on C-Span from Precinct 3 in Decorah, Iowa, showed the Caucus Temporary Chairman, Jim Burns, responding to a question about WHERE he was calling the precinct vote. Mr. Burns responded that the Party had set up a "Central Location" in Des Moines into which results were to be called and punched in on the touch tone phone. On the screen, as a subheading superimposed on the precinct, C-Span showed this quizzical statement: "At each of the precinct caucuses, the chairmen phones the results to a central location in Des Moines." … Run by who? Does the phone forward the call to New York City? We don't know. … Significantly, the EXACT same wording was displayed on the screen during the Democratic Caucus which C-Span broadcast from Ames, Iowa. This heightens our suspicion that this "central location in Des Moines" is a "touch tone" front for Voter News Service, which entity, we suspect, is counting both Caucuses. Probably this has been obscured from even the rank and file in both parties. The key is to find IF there are to be final results published - and WHO is publishing them. If anyone can call the GOP and/or Democratic Headquarters in Iowa and get answers to these questions, please email us at netamerica@unidial.com

Now, the following can be concluded: 1) We can probably take a collective bow that our expose of the con-artists at GOP Iowa headquarters has forced them to change the system; 2) They have abandoned publicizing that precinct votes are to be called into a New York City based Big Media related corporation; 3) They have made a touch tone telephone system the reporting system, thus taking the county chairmen out of the loop - if C-Span was given proper information that all precinct chairmen report straight to the touch tone system. This touch tone system would make it even more difficult to check the results, since only each Precinct Chairman and the "Central location" would have the results. This makes it a near Herculean task for the average citizen to be able to verify the results, unless County Chairmen went to the extra effort to track down all their precinct chairmen and get the results separately. And then check them against the published results; 4) the vague wording displayed on the C-Span screen, i.e. "central location in Des Moines" - leave very open the possibility that Voter News Service is STILL collating the results. We still need to verify WHO is collating and counting the results this year for both the Democratic and Republican Party. Also, we will be waiting to see if FINAL results are ever published this year.

News reminder: The overwhelming number of Big Media polls until the last week or so told everyone that G.W. Bush had 60% to 70% of support in the Iowa GOP. Near-final results show both at only 41%. Alan Keyes made some extremely salient points about this just after 12:30 AM EST on CNN in a live interview with Larry King. See below.

***** Before proceeding, let me dedicate this Network America e-wire to Jim Collier, co-author of Votescam: The Stealing of America, who passed away in October, 1998 of pancreatic cancer. It's on a night like this that I really miss being able to hear Jim's observations or finds. It was in 1985, when Jim and his late brother Ken came to Cincinnati as expert witnesses in our court battle with the Hamilton County Board of Elections, that they told me about Voter News Service (then called News Election Service) and how all the big TV networks got their exit poll results from this one organization. It was in 1986 that they called me at 7:30 PM on the night of the November Election and told me to get down to Cincinnati Convention Center with a camera because News Election Service was set up there with one of their 5 regional phone centers to collate exit poll results. Long time friend and photographer Jason Miller and I ran down, and got some amazing pictures of badges and other items proving that News Election Services was feeding all the Big TV networks and AP wire with exit poll data. It was in 1988 that Ken Collier called me on the Sunday night before the Bush-Dukakis Election contest and told me that the next night Dan Rather would run a 5 minute report about computer votefraud dangers on the CBS Evening News. We videotaped it, and probably have the only copies in the world outside of CBS (don't worry, we've placed copies with several people around the country by now). The transcript of that interview will appear soon in this e-wire. Anyway, I sure miss Jim Collier's unique perspective and analytical skills on nights like tonight. *****

Iowa Caucus Analysis, on the evening of January 24, 2000, the night of the Iowa Caucuses:

1. Again, we have the crafty Counters, whoever they may be, stopping the count before 100% has been reported, as far as we can tell at 2:40 AM EST. The GOP results, only showing 84% reporting, have disappeared as of about 1:30 AM on the website www.voter.com - CNN's website at 2:40 AM show that only 96% of the vote has been reported. At this point, this has got to be false. Why would precinct people or county in Iowa fail to call in their vote after meeting at this late hour? This is a strong indication that there may be manipulating going on to hold down Keyes and Forbes, and boost establishment pick W. Bush. WHY can't the appointed counters for the Iowa GOP get all 99 counties reported in full? Remember, the full count from 1996 is STILL not in! I submit the counter (probably Voter News Service) stops short of reporting 100% of the count in order to be able to backtrack if anyone catches their messing with the numbers. If anyone can find final results today or tomorrow, please e-mail us at netamerica@undial.com --- we believe that, again, there never will be any final results for 2000, just as there never were any final results in 1996. The Ruling Elite plays the public for fools and little children, and we, so far in the computer voting age, live up to their expectations.

2. Reported results with 96% reporting on the Republican side are: Bush 41%, Forbes 30%, Keyes 14%, Bauer 9%, McCain 5%, Hatch 1% -- with about 85,000 votes cast on the GOP side. This is about 10% less than the GOP turnout in 1996. These results are what have been reported to the big 5 TV Networks by Voter News Service. Did I say Big 5 TV networks? Yes. FOX Cable News has joined the consortium animating Voter News Service. No big surprise. Rupert Murdoch, who is behind FOX network, is a New World Order operative and funds that phony, Trotskyite "conservative, Bill Kristol of The Weekly Standard (started with $10 million from Murdock.)

3. The CNN website at 2:40 AM tells us that with 98% reporting of the Democratic precincts, Gore has 64% and Bradley 35%, with 1% undecided. In what has to be a mistake, CNN lists only 1269 votes from Gore and 698 for Bradley statewide.

4. Alan Keyes, credited with being the big surprise of the night by finishing 3rd with 14%, offered blistering comments to Larry King on CNN in a live interview shortly after 12:30 AM. Keyes said that the process had "shown up" the phony polls. Keyes, to a stunned King, who started to challenge him but then backed down, stated that many who vote for W. Bush had been DUPED by the phony public opinion polls showing W. Bush the overwhelming favorite. Keyes said that many people were sitting at home saying, "I wish I had voted for Keyes. He was expressing what was in my heart." But instead, Keyes stated that they had voted for Bush believing that he was the "inevitable" candidate. This is a very insightful observation by Keyes, and very well expressed.

5. ABC national Radio News projected Bush in the GOP Iowa Caucus, and Gore in the Democratic side of the contest at 7 PM, Central Standard Time, just as the Caucuses were beginning, and clearly before even one vote was cast. How did they get good information by 7 PM when many people were still rushing into the Caucus? Maybe someone who was hired to take a Voter News Service poll can shed some light on this to us, for those who have contacted us who have been hired by VNS to do an entrance poll, have told us that they are instructed This was done, we are told, on the basis of ENTRANCE POLLS, talked about extensively for the first time on the networks this year. (Exit polls have been talked about, but not entrance polls, to our knowledge.) Our USA Today ad, which appeared over the weekend in western Iowa, may have had something to do with the fact that none of the networks made any projections based on Voter News Service entrance polls, but waited for the actual numbers to be posted. This is in sharp contrast to the years up until 1992, when percentage projections were invariably made right as the polls closed, or shortly thereafter.

6. All the networks ABC, CBS, NBC, and CNN - and now FOX - are still trying to give their viewers the impression that EACH NETWORK did its own "entrance polls" - for instance, Tony Snow on Fox Cable News said "We did entrance polls and . . ." - readers of the Network America e-wire, or the book Votescam by Jim & Ken Collier, know that all entrance polls and exit polls for the Big TV networks are done by Voter News Service, that uppity creature of the Big TV networks.

7. Terry Moran ABC Nightline Commentator - stated that the Gore Victory represented "organization over enthusiasm." This comment betrayed the idea that geeky Gore is electrifying any segment of the electorate. Like Bush, McCain, and Bradley (the other Big Media picks) - he is NOT.

8. In another shameless promotion of their favorite GOP candidate, CNN and other Big Media introduced a segment on last minute campaigning, only to play W. Bush telling the nationwide audience to not believe that he doesn't need them - that he DOES need them to get out the vote. Translation: Because, we, the Big Media, have told you for months that Bush will be the inevitable, overwhelming winner, we now want to try and undo and complacency we've spawned, by giving W. Bush alone among the candidates a chance to make a "get out the vote appeal" over the national airwaves.

9. Even with all the hype for Bush, the perceived conservatives (Bauer 9%, Keyes 14%, Forbes 30%) get 53%, while the establishment candidates gets 47% (Bush 41%, McCain 5%, Hatch 1%).

10. What do I believe really happened? This year, not too much different than what is being reported. Bush is a good looking candidate, much more vigorous looking that the decrepit Dole, the GOP establishment's pick of 1996. The entire GOP machine was getting out the vote for Bush, so much so, that even Forbes, who cooperated with this same GOP establishment in 1996 to stop Buchanan, filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission against suspect activity on the part of the Iowa GOP in favor of George Bush in relation to so-called push polls, i.e., the Iowa GOP was making illegal expenditures on behalf of the Bush campaign. Only Forbes had the money to challenge him in a field which lacked a candidate that combined the charisma, integrity, and grassroots organization which Buchanan brought to the 1996 GOP Iowa Caucus. Therefore, if anything happened, Bush probably gained a few percentage points, and/or Forbes lost a few. Keyes might have also lost a few. The only way this could ever be checked, is if someone was in each caucus who was watching the vote, and who will also check it against what is finally published. If anyone can confirm that precinct by precinct results are published in any county in Iowa, please e-mail us at netamerica@unidial.com - my fear is that there will be a dearth of specifics in the Iowa papers this time around. Please let us know.

11. The reason I am suggesting that there was very possibly a few percentage points chicanery regarding Forbes and Bush is this: imagine if 4 points had switched between the two. Bush would have finished with 37%, and Forbes with 34%. This would have been a virtual dead heat and TOTALLY destroyed the Big Media propaganda for the last 6 months. CNN reporters stated late in the evening that if Bush had not won by at least 10 points over his nearest rival it would have been a total disaster for him. Again, I'm just speculating - but the way the Big Media runs these events is justification for the utmost suspicion at every turn. Still, with our ad having run in USA Today, with the Forbes campaign already suspicious of the Iowa GOP, a warping of even 10% for or against any one candidate would have been impossible. So the establishment got out enough vote for Bush that, with or without a little warping of the result, they were able to save the credibility of themselves and the media.

12. New Hampshire may hold some surprise. 70% of the precincts use paper ballots, counted by hand, by the neighborhood people. Remember, even after Voter News Service and the Big Four Networks projected Sen. Bob Smith as the LOSER in 1996 in the Senate Race in New Hampshire, Smith defied the networks and WON after all the handcounted votes had trickled in. The Manchester Union Leader has endorsed Forbes, and Forbes gambled successfully and is running full page ads today (Tuesday, January 25, 2000) in New Hampshire announcing his momentum. If Alan Keyes is correct that W. Bush's media-created "inevitability" has been dented in the large amount of voters who are swayed by such things, then perhaps Keyes will do well. Some are saying that Bush could come in third. Keep in mind though that 30% of New Hampshire's precinct are counted by computer. It would do well for Forbes, Keyes or Bauer to threaten publicly or behind the scenes that they will compare the computer counted precincts to the hand counted precincts to see if the percentages are consistent. …. Citizens for a Fair Vote Count ran a ¼ page ad in the Manchester Union Leader on the very day of the New Hampshire GOP Primary in 1996. This ad is available on our website in the Archives, votefraud section, about the fifth item entitled: New Hampshire Vote Fraud Ad: Don't Let Anyone Steal This Election.

Finally, after New Hampshire, which may hold some surprises and real life drama, we move into the big computer generated states. In those states, I submit to you all, you will see Gore and Bush begin to win by the landslide percentages which the Media have been publishes in their public opinion polls from the beginning. If the Iowa Caucus, and the New Hampshire Primary, only so much can be done by the powers-that-be to warp the results. After that, in the big computer counted states, the centralized computer-generated results can make SURE that the Big Media "public opinion polls" come true.

It's somewhat hazardous to try and diagnose these events in real time as they are happening - but I think the above is pretty close. We'll keep you informed on how these Iowa Caucus results are reported in the days ahead, and regarding any information we can get on who controls that "central location" in "Des Moines."

January 26,. 2000 Network America (NA) e-wire

No Evidence of Final Results in Iowa Caucus Yet

Today's e-wire will be a short one.

1) No evidence has reached us of final results in the Iowa GOP primary. As stated yesterday, we believe their never will be any final results - just like in 1996. I checked the site voter.com - and its Republican Iowa Caucus results page has disappeared. Actually it disappeared last night after the caucus at about 4 AM with 96% counted, with no county breakdown results, apparently never to return. The Democratic page is still up, but only giving the percentages and spotty delegate counts. Of course, there isn't the slightest need for the Ruling Elite to doctor the Democratic results, both are "approved" candidates. We will be ordering copies of the Des Moines Register and the Cedar Rapids Gazette to see if there is even a county breakdown this year. And if it's a final. And if it came from the AP wire, which would be a strong indication that BOTH parties have Voter News Service counting their caucus vote. More to come on this.

2) Interestingly, I cannot find a Voter News Service (VNS) website. If anyone can find one, please e-mail us per the instructions below. This VNS crowd, of course, hasn't traditionally wanted any publicity.

3) New Hampshire happens in a week or so. Look for some results OUT OF SYNC with the phony Big Media Polls - just like happened in Iowa. But, after New Hampshire, watch for computer-generated election results that will make the phony "Big Media" polls come true. I submit to all that once the Ruling Elite has made its choice, it's the computers on Super Tuesday that guarentee the pre-designated result. Since 1988, I don't believe there has been anything but a sweep by the favored candidate. I remember being struck at how in 1988 the Yankee Bush SWAMPED both Dole, a war hero, and Pat Robertson, a southerner and clear voice on the moral issues - in all Super Tuesday SOUTHERN primaries. There were no shades of grey. (This is not any kind of endorsement of Dole, I'm just point out that it was Dole won some and Bush won some - the computers tell us that by Super Tuesday, the same results happens just about everywhere. In 1992, Clinton swamped Brown everywhere on Super Tuesday. No shades of grey. In 1996, the near-senile Dole won over Buchanan in EVERY Super Tuesday primary by a landslide, including Georgia - by a landslide! - do you believe that? I don't. Let's see if the super Tuesday results are equally as lopsided this time.

4) Time magazine came out today on the "Presidential Dash" or something like that; the cover was divided into four squares: 1 for Bush, 1 for Gore, 1 for McCain, 1 for Bradley. These are the four "sanctioned" candidates. There's not enough caffeine on the planet to keep us awake if these were the only four candidates running.

5) I hope it is clear to everyone how "helpless" we are in the face of the primary elections after the Iowa Caucus and the New Hampshire Primary. In Iowa we could have had an exact count if one or more candidates, or a watchdog group like Network America - could have coordinated eye witnesses at all 2100+ Caucuses. In New Hampshire, you have 70% of the precincts counted by hand, by the local citizens - the way it should be. With eye-witnesses at every polling place where the votes are counted by hand, honest citizens have a chance to compare those results against the computer counted areas - to see if there are any serious discrepancies. HOWEVER, once you more to Ohio, Texas, California, Arizona - the other 49 states, there are no citizen counts at the precinct. In these states we are TOTALLY at the mercy of the computer generated results. Again, watch for Keyes and even Forbes to sink quick. Watch for the big computer states to sweep W. Bush and Gore into astounding, overwhelming victories. The people will be told that "their voice" has clearly "designated" the "favorite" candidates.

6) Someone called me today and pointed out that the lady who asked the GOP Chaiman at the Republican Iowa Caucus in Decorah, Iowa which was broadcast on C-Span - where he was going to call the Caucus votes into - that that lady had almost certainly seen our ad in USA Today. More to come.

7) We'll keep you updated on Iowa and New Hampshire - and also return to bringing you more dynamic tidbits of research on the all important subject of how our votes are counted, how our country is being run, and how "our" leaders are being chosen.

The following are the instructions which appeared in our full page USA Today ad that appeared in Western Iowa the Friday before the 2000 Iowa Caucus held on Jan. 24, 2000, — as well as a brief reminder of what happened in the 1996 Iowa Caucus that inspired the full page ad:

GOP State Headquarters under Brian Kennedy combined with Voter News Service (the exit poll arm of ABC, CBS, NBC, and CNN) contrived to short Pat Buchanan 13% of his vote in Dubuque County. That much is proven. Reports from around the state lead us to believe that Buchanan was shorted at least 4% state wide -- meaning Buchanan, not Dole, won the 1996 Iowa Caucuses. The Iowa GOP, and Voter News Service (who had been delegate the job of counting the vote for the 1996 GOP Iowa Caucus, adamantly stonewalled citizen requests to correct the distortion in Dubuque County.

This time it is clear the the Establishment of the GOP and the power behind the GOP, the Democratic Party, and the Big TV Stations -- want W. Bush. Therefore, we at Citizens for a Fair Vote Count believe that there is every chance W. Bush's vote will be bumped up and the vote achieved by Keyes, Forbes, and Bauer will very possibly be shorted (as was Buchanan's in 1996). THE STRATEGY IMMEDIATELY BELOW IS WHAT THE KEYES, FORBES, AND BAUER CAMPAIGNS MUST DO TO PREVENT VOTE FRAUD AGAINST THEIR SUPPORTERS.

 Posted January 5, 2000

Have A Person at every location — every one of the 2000+ precinct caucuses.

The Keyes Campaign, and/or the Bauer Campaign, and/or the Forbes Campaign - must be sure that:

1. They have eye witnesses at every caucus location (even if they send out of state people to locations where they can't vote). These witnesses must verify the count.

REASON: This CAN be done at the Iowa Caucuses because the votes are counted immediately by those present and announced immediately. This was done in Dubuque County in 1996 -- and was done perfectly fairly by GOP Dubuque County Chairman Rod Blum and the people of Dubuque. Buchanan received circa 969 votes that night. Chairman Blum called those votes into Voter News Service (exit poll arm of the 4 Big TV networks in New York City) as state GOP headquarters had instructed hims to do. When Voter News Service sent the vote count to the Des Moines Register the next morning -- Buchanan had been shorted 13% of his vote, ending up with a false "official count" of about 857 -- which still stand today.

2. Their must be a "command central" where the eye witnesses at each caucus call the final vote count at their location IMMEDIATELY following the announcement of the vote at each individual caucus. The total of the votes called in at that command central will be a check against any hanky panky by the Iowa State GOP, or Voter News Service, or whoever has been delegated to count the vote this year for the Iowa Caucus 2000.

3. Let the Iowa GOP state headquarters under Kayne Robinson, ABC, NBC, CBS, and CNN know that such a citizen check and balance is in progress. The networks have a tremendous stake in a big Bush victory, just as they had a big stake in the Dole victory in 1996. In fact, Peter Jennings announced Dole the winner on ABC at 1 minute after 7 PM -- 1 minute after the Iowa Caucuses 1996 had begun -- and before even one vote was cast.

Do not let the Networks and the Iowa GOP State Headquarters warp the vote of the 2000 Iowa Caucuses! Do not let them play with our future again.

(See elsewhere on this website for a full explanation of the warping of 1996 Iowa Caucus against Buchanan. Go to Home page, click on "archives" at bottom of page, then click on Vote Fraud section, then go to second item for the top "1996 GOP Primaries, Rigged Iowa Caucuses, and Arizona Primary.
