Products are shipped when in stock within 5 days by UPS GROUND with insurance. Please order 20 days in advance of the Holiday or special occasion to be sure you get your order on time! BUT, we try to ship within two days of when your order arrives. See paragraph marked by the * at the very bottom of this Order Page for more details on shipping. Thank you.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ROSE (OR OTHER ITEM) ARRIVES DAMAGED?

In the rare instances where a product arrives damaged, rest assured that we insure every item shipped in the USA via UPS. We ask you to report damage immediately, or at least within 5 days of your receipt of the item. However, we will be reasonable, and we ask that you be reasonable, too. We want to be fair in the rare cases where a product arrives damaged, and we want every customer to be satisfied.

HOW THE TOTAL PRICE FOR EACH PRODUCT IS BROKEN DOWN:

If a Gold Dipped or Gold Trimmed Rose on our website is listed, for instance, at $77 — then $67 is the price for the preserved Rose, and $10 is for shipping and insurance; In fact, — since all specially preserved Roses are shipped via UPS with insurance, then often our shipping cost is up to $12.50 for one rose, and sometimes as low as $9.00 for another, depending on where it is being shipped to: – but we round off each order at $10 for shipping and insurance for simplicity’s sake. The three products that are an exception to this are the Gold Dipped baseball, golf ball, and cigar — which are sometimes shipped via the Post Office and in that case shipping and insurance costs about $5 for each package.

* WHEN AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK:

As noted on the video, and in writing, on our Home Page, it takes about four months to produce each one of our Gold Dipped Roses. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will see that noted and you will not be able to order that particular item until more units of that item are finished and ready for sale. At those relatively rare times when there is a temporary shortage of an item, and some one happened to order in the hours between the time the shortage occurs and we are able to take it off sale on this website, you have three options: 1) to wait for the product (recommended, as the next occasion to give it as a gift will come around soon, and you will hold your place in the order of delivery as items become available); 2) pick another comparable product from those available; 3) Get an immediate refund. — We will email you or call you in the case where you have ordered an item after we ran out but before we were able to take it off sale on this page. Every effort is made to take an item off sale as soon as a temporary shortage occurs with that item. Thank you.
