General Goals:
* Teach at least 300,000 citizens (who are willing to act publicly in their own
neighborhood and county) about the existence of the precinct strategy, and how
to participate in the precinct system.
* Provide an online webpage where citizens can sign up 24/7 by their
neighborhood precinct, county, and state -- and get in contact with others who
have signed up anywhere in the country -- without any of the citizens having to
go through a central clearing house. This provides maximum opportunity for
citizen involvement and citizen mobilization at all levels.
* Teach and motivate enough citizens in every
county how to attend the local, county party precinct organizational meeting of
their choice in the even-numbered years -- and there install honest and alert
party leaders who will choose candidates who put conscience above "the party
line".
* Through these alert party leaders, restore honest, transparent, verifiable
voting with paper ballots and citizen hand counts in each neighborhood precinct
on each election night in all 3000+ counties in the USA.
* Make known the "Reasonable Access Law" so that citizens can band together and
support a candidate, even a write-in candidate, who puts important messages on
FEC licensed major Radio and TV stations which reach millions of Americans with
valuable information that is not being emphasized by the major Big Media
networks.

The result will be advancement towards the overall goal of putting everyday citizens in charge of our nation's destiny once again, -- by using these little known avenues of action which are currently available to everyone.
