Option #005: -- Family Discount Subscription*: $5 per month, billed on the 5th of each month (amounts to $60 for 12 month period)

Option #010: -- Activist Discount Subscription*: $10 per month, billed on the 5th of each month (amounts to $120 for 12 month period)

Option #015: -- Standard Subscription: $15 per month, billed on the 5th of each month (amounts to $180 for 12 month period)

For the multi-member subscription choices below, you can specify what address(es) -- in addition to your own -- you want a newsletter mailed to each month, or you can work with Network America to sponsor another person or persons (state legislator, pastor, business man, college student, etc.) whom we know about and would like to reach, educate, and interest in participating. If you wish, let us know your preference by emailing to action@networkamerica.org or by mailing to Network America, PO Box 11339, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. If you choose not to designate people whom you know to receive the extra newsletter(s) made possible by your monthly purchase, then we at Network America will assign the extra dollars (anything above $15 per month) to implement the Action Program 2008 as effectively as possible to the best of our ability. Option # 045: -- 3 Member Subscription: $45 per month, billed on the 5th of each month (amounts to $540 per 12 month period)

Option # 075: -- 5 Member Subscription: $75 per month, billed on the 5th of each month (amounts to $900 per 12 month period)

Option # 090: -- 6 Member Subscription: $90 per month, billed on the 5th of each month (amounts to $1080 per 12 month period)

Option # 100: -- 7 Member Subscription: $100 per month, billed on the 5th of each month (amounts to $1200 per 12 month period)

* The "Family Discount" and the "Activist Discount" Subscriptions will receive the monthly newsletter, but will not necessarily receive any booklets or additional items that may be occasionally sent out, unless funds allow.
